Notifika dwar tibdil fl-Audience Assessment tal-Awtorità tax-Xandir
Matul dawn l-aħħar snin, l-Awtorità tax-Xandir irċeviet għadd ta’ suġġerimenti minn stazzjonijiet tat-televiżjoni u tar-radju kif ukoll minn produtturi ta’ programmi, dwar l-istħarriġ tal-udjenzi li l-Awtorità ilha twettaq u tippubblika għal diversi snin.
L-Awtorità ħasset li wasal iż-żmien li tirrevedi dan l-istħarriġ u fil-fatt f’dawn l-aħħar ġimgħat kienet qed tiddiskuti internament liema riformi jistgħu jġibu din il-bidla. Dan wassal biex l-istħarriġ tal-udjenza li normalment kien isir f’Ottubru/Novembru mhux se jsir din is-sena.
Minflok ser ikun qed isir stħarriġ b’mod xi ftit differenti għal matul ix-xahar ta’ Diċembru 2020. Ir-rapport tiegħu se jkun qed jiġi ppubblikat matul it-tieni nofs ta’ Jannar 2021.
Notification of changes to the Broadcasting Authority’s Audience Assessment
During the past few years, the Broadcasting Authority has received a number of suggestions from television and radio stations as well as from producers of programmes, on the audience survey that the Authority has been conducting and publishing for several years.
The Authority felt that it is time to review the survey and in fact in recent weeks had been discussing internally what reforms could be made to bring this change. As a result, the October/November audience survey will not be held this year.
Instead, a slightly different survey will be conducted for the month of December 2020. Its report will be published during the second half of January 2021.
